You can help your child be healthy and happy while at the same time learn well. Just be sure he/she gets a good night's sleep every night (about 9-10 hours), excercises regularly, and eats a healthy breakfast every morning. We'll take care of the healthy lunch, and then it's your turn again for dinner. One way to help you know if your child is getting a good meal is to look at his plate. Is it full of color, or bland-looking? A well-balanced meal will be pleasing to the eye with lots of color. |
